libelixirfm-perl software package provides perl implementation for Functional Arabic Morphology, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libelixirfm-perl
libelixirfm-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libelixirfm-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libelixirfm-perl *
You will get with libelixirfm-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
